Vivent Health is now offering free STI testing (byChlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis and HIV (rapid HCV testing as indicated)) by appointment only.
Clients can call/text 720-338-8728 to schedule their appointment. Please feel free to share and post this flyer as well.
