Denver Sexual Health clinic (DSHC) is the largest sexually transmitted infection (STI) and family planning clinic in the Rocky Mountain Region and serves as the model clinic for the Denver Prevention Training Center (DPTC), which provides state-of-the-art STI consultation and training both regionally and nationally. The DSHC has expertise in disseminating best practices and providing technical assistance to health departments and systems. Duties of the DSHC RN position include:  1) screening and providing STIs, HIV, Hepatitis C education, 2) assessing and providing treatment for STIs, 3) assessing, counseling, and providing family planning services. We have an established extensive training module and competency checklist where we can help you in increasing your sexual health knowledge and clinical skills.
